In-Home Support Services:

  • Individualized home supports: personalized services that help people, especially those with disabilities, live successfully in their own home or with their family. These services provide training and support in areas like daily living skills, health, safety, and managing household tasks.

  • Semi-independent living skills: These are services that help adults with developmental disabilities or similar conditions learn how to live successfully on their own in the community.

  • Individualized home supports with  training: This is help and training for adults living in their own home or with their family. The training focuses on skills like staying healthy and safe, managing a household, participating in the community, and adapting to daily life.

  • Individualized home supports with family training: This is similar to the above but is for adults or children living with their family. It provides training and support to both the person and their family in areas like health, safety, household management, and community involvement.

  • Integrated community supports: These are services for adults 18 and older who live in a place managed by a service provider (like an apartment in a shared building). They offer personalized support and training to help with community living skills based on the person’s specific needs.
